Consignment sale
Not a dealer, but a vehicle to sell? Mobility1 sells your company's car, van, camper, motorbike or trailer for you, to checked business buyers in the Netherlands. You stay the owner and the seller until the sale is done, and the buyer pays you directly. We do the work in between.

How it works
Tell us about the vehicle. E-mail us its plate, its mileage, where it is and the price you have in mind. We look it up in the RDW register.
We agree the details. The asking price, the lowest price we may accept for you, how long we sell the vehicle for you, and our fee: all agreed in writing before anything goes online.
We inspect it where it is. Our inspector comes to your location and inspects the vehicle as every vehicle on Mobility1: documents, bodywork, tyres, mechanics, photos and, where it applies, a test drive. It is Mobility1's own inspection, not an APK or RDW inspection.
We put it online. With the inspection report and one asking price that every buyer sees. Where offers are open, we answer them for you within 24 hours, and never below the lowest price you gave us.
The buyer pays you. The buyer, or the buyer's lender, pays the whole price straight into your company's business account, which we checked first. Mobility1 never holds the money.
You hand the vehicle over. Once the whole price is in your account, you transfer the vehicle to the buyer's company at the RDW, and the buyer collects it.
Who it is for
Registered businesses with a vehicle that has a Dutch plate, for example:
- lease and rental companies, and fleets that replace vehicles;
- contractors and other companies selling a van or a company car;
- companies selling a camper, a motorbike, a scooter or a trailer.

What it costs
Our fee is agreed with you in writing before the vehicle goes online. The buyer pays Mobility1's buyer service fee on top of the price, as for every vehicle on Mobility1: it never comes out of your price.

Consignment sale is new on Mobility1: we start with a small number of vehicles.
